Checked in late and was met with outstanding hospitality that made the arrival smoother. The exterior has a revamped look, and the bed in my room was comfortable and the AC functional after some troubleshooting. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests was disruptive, and the musty smell in the room was off-putting. Additionally, the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, requiring heavy lifting of luggage up and down stairs.

We enjoyed our quick stay near the airport. The hotel had clean rooms and the shuttle made getting to the airport super easy. Our kids loved that we were just a short drive from Leatherman Factory and Grotto, where we had a fun day out together.
My kids wished there were elevators. hauling luggage upstairs was tough. It would be great to have more family-friendly features.
